It suffices to sprinkle water on a garment stained with (pre-seminal fluid). Sprinkling involves taking a handful of water and splashing it on the area of impurity. There is no need for rubbing or wringing; rather, water should be poured until it covers the affected spot. If what occurred was merely a wipe, it is not sufficient. Most scholars are of the opinion that "sprinkling" here means washing until the impurity is removed.
