If your anger reached the point where you were unaware of what you were saying, then your divorce is not effective. However, if you were aware of what you were saying, then your divorce is effective, and according to the majority of scholars, it counts as three divorces. In this case, your wife has become irrevocably separated from you (baynunah kubra) and is not permissible for you until she marries another man. According to Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah and Ibn al-Qayyim, pronouncing "three divorces" counts as a single divorce. If this was the first or second divorce, you can reconcile with your wife as long as her waiting period ('iddah) has not expired. If her waiting period has expired, she has become slightly separated from you (baynunah sughra) and can only return to you through a new marriage contract and a new dowry. However, if this was the third divorce, she has become irrevocably separated from you (baynunah kubra). Your subsequent statement "taliq, taliq, taliq" (divorced, divorced, divorced) does not alter the ruling. It is advisable to refer to the Sharia courts.
