What is the ruling regarding someone who dies while striving to earn a livelihood for his children?

Striving to seek provision is a great virtue encouraged by Islam; as Allah Almighty says: "He is the One Who made the earth subservient to you, so walk in its regions and eat from His provision, and to Him is the Resurrection." And the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The upper hand is better than the lower hand." So, whoever dies while on this path is upon goodness if he was seeking what is lawful.
