Is it permissible for a man, in Islamic law, to divorce his wife due to his financial bankruptcy or loss of his livelihood, while his wife does not wish for a divorce?

Allah has permitted divorce when there is a need for it. If a man becomes bankrupt and is unable to fulfill his wife's rights and provide for her, he may release her kindly. If the wife desires a divorce due to his inability to provide, he is obligated to grant it. However, if the wife is content with his situation even without provisions, he should not divorce her, out of loyalty to her attachment to him, though he may do so if he wishes.
