Is it permissible to take the amount that the bank will deduct from the customer when withdrawing money via ATM, without his knowledge, in exchange for depositing the check into my personal account, knowing that the customer will not be able to withdraw his money for several months without this assistance?

1. The aforementioned transaction is considered an agency for collecting money, and it is permissible to take a fee for going to the bank and collecting the money.

2. It is not permissible for the agent to profit without the knowledge of his principal, because he is entrusted; therefore, he must inform him of any profit, reduction, or gift.

3. The agent is not permitted to deduct the ATM commission as long as no withdrawal has been made through it, and it is not permissible to take it except with the knowledge of the money's owner.
