What is the legal ruling on acquiring and using a crystal engraving machine for financial gain in a country other than the Kingdom?

Having examined how the machine operates, it became clear that it photographs objects and transfers them to crystal. It is permissible to use it for profit if the images are permissible, such as pictures of trees, mountains, and rivers (that which has no soul). It is not permissible if the images are forbidden, such as pictures of living beings (humans, birds, and animals). Photographing living beings with modern machines, which produces still images, is a matter of dispute, and the most correct opinion is that it is forbidden except out of necessity. Whoever abandons something for the sake of Allah, Allah will compensate him with something better. There is no good in unlawful earnings.
