Is it permissible for a woman to send her picture over the internet to a suitor who is far away so that he may see it and decide whether to marry her?

The Sheikh does not permit a suitor to send a picture of his fiancée for several reasons: others may see it with him, a picture does not entirely reflect reality, and the picture might remain with him after the engagement is called off, allowing him to misuse it.
