Is it permissible for a son to leave his parents' home without their permission in order to become independent and avoid the unlawful money resulting from his father's work, in addition to his father's use of books of magic?

It is permissible for a son to become independent from his parents whenever he wishes, once he reaches puberty, and they do not have the right to prevent him unless they fear for him foolishness or ruin. What was mentioned about the father's money being unlawful does not prevent eating with him, but abstaining from it is preferable if the majority of it is unlawful. The father's reading of books such as "Shams al-Ma'arif" is forbidden. Independence is permissible as long as the prevention is not for a legitimate, recognized Sharia purpose, and this is not considered disobedience, but one should proceed slowly and not rush.
