Is accusing forum moderators of deleting a thread, when it turns out they did not do so, considered an injustice?
It is not permissible to accuse others without clear proof and certainty, because Allah the Almighty says: {O you who have believed, avoid much [negative] assumption. Indeed, some assumption is sin.} (Quran 49:12). The default state of a Muslim is innocence, and accusing them without clear proof leads to slandering their honor, which is forbidden, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Every Muslim's blood, property, and honor are sacred to another Muslim." And his saying: "Beware of suspicion, for suspicion is the falsest of speech." Therefore, your accusation against them is an injustice, and you must repent and seek forgiveness. Part of complete repentance is to seek their forgiveness and have them absolve you of this injustice before the Day of Judgment, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Whoever has committed an injustice against his brother should seek his forgiveness [or absolution] for it, for there will be no dinar or dirham there [on the Day of Judgment], before his good deeds are taken from him for his brother. If he has no good deeds, then some of his brother's bad deeds will be taken and thrown upon him."
