Will the masturbator be banished from the mercy of Allah on the Day of Resurrection?

Masturbation is an aggression and an overstepping of what Allah has permitted. Allah has obligated the guarding of one's private parts except from one's wife or what one's right hand possesses. So, whoever seeks beyond that is among the transgressors. It brings many harms, but its perpetrator is not expelled from the mercy of Allah. It is obligatory upon its practitioner to repent to Allah with sincere repentance and not to despair of Allah's mercy, for the one who repents from sin is like one who has no sin.
