As for the narration of Ibn Abbas concerning the story of Pharaoh's daughter's hairdresser, it is weak, and its last sentence is not attributed to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). Furthermore, the child in the story of the People of the Ditch was not an infant, and his narration may likely be from the words of Suhayb Al-Rumi and not attributed to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).
