Is disposing of tissues with which the name of Allah, or a verse, or a hadith has been wiped, considered unlawful (haram) or disliked (makruh)?

What has the name of Allah erased from it must be protected from filth and impurities. As for pure places, there is no obligation to keep them free from such things. It is permissible to erase the Qur'an and ذکر (remembrance of Allah) with water and drink it for blessings, and there is no obligation to protect it from pure things like dust, for after erasure, the writing no longer retains its original sacredness. Therefore, these tissues can be placed in a pure place, and they must be protected from impure and filthy places.
