What is the ruling on washing blood in a sink that has papers bearing the name of Allah on it, and is this considered a desecration? What is the ruling on hanging remembrances (dhikr) in places of ablution?

Merely washing the hands or mouth does not constitute a desecration of the majestic name of Allah. Hanging remembrances (dhikr) with the intention of reminding oneself is praiseworthy, and there is no harm in hanging them in a place of ablution (wudu'), because it is a place of remembrance and worship. However, if the place is not separate from the act of relieving oneself, then it is disliked to hang remembrances there. It is advised to turn away from the whispers of Satan by seeking knowledge, frequently reciting (the Quran), and engaging in remembrance.
