How can the prohibition of mentioning the name of Allah inside the washroom be reconciled with the prescribed adhkar (supplications) recited when taking off clothes, performing ablution (wudu), and taking a ritual bath (ghusl)?

It is possible to reconcile remembrances (dhikr) and entering the lavatory by reciting them before entry, as it is authentically reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. A Muslim should say: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from all evil and evil beings," or "I seek refuge in Allah from all evil and evil beings," before entering the lavatory, and refrain from dhikr inside it, as it is disliked. It is sunnah to maintain dhikr when performing ablution (wudu) and when undressing outside the lavatory, such as saying "Bismillah (in the name of Allah)" when taking off clothes, and mentioning "Bismillah" at the beginning of ablution, and "I bear witness that there is no god but Allah alone, without partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and His messenger" upon completing it.
