Is it permissible to wash the feet with the right hand during ablution from a vessel or tap water?

The Sunnah (definition) is to prioritize the right side for honorable acts (such as ablution, ghusl (definition), dressing, entering the mosque, greeting, eating, drinking, touching the Black Stone, giving and taking, and exiting the lavatory), and to prioritize the left side for acts associated with impurities or harm (such as entering the lavatory). Some jurists have recommended washing the feet during ablution with the left hand, and there is no difference whether one washes from a vessel or from a tap.
