What is the Sunnah regarding the manner of washing the feet during ablution (wudu)?

The Sunnah regarding the description of washing the feet is to start with the right, then the left. However one washes them, it is sufficient. One should pour water on the right foot and rub it with the left hand, while being diligent in rubbing the heels and Achilles tendons, and anything that water does not easily reach, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Woe to the heels from the Fire." Starting with the toes is also recommended.
