Is establishing an internet cafe forbidden (haram)? And is zakat obligatory on the money earned from it?

The internet is a tool that is treated according to its use. If it is used for good, such as for da'wah (inviting to Islam) and disseminating knowledge, and its evil is avoided, then it is an act of worship. But if its users are left to browse forbidden things without supervision, then its owner bears a burden from their sins, because he made the path of evil easy for them. This is based on the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "And whoever introduces a bad practice in Islam will bear its sin and the sin of whoever acts upon it until the Day of Judgment, without any decrease in their sins." As for the obligation to give charity on it, the meaning of this is unclear.
