How is Zakat to be paid on an internet club?

Zakat is not obligatory on computers in an internet cafe because they are not intended for trade. Rather, zakat becomes obligatory on the profit generated by the cafe if it reaches the nisab (minimum threshold) and a hawl (one lunar year) passes over it. In this case, one-quarter of one-tenth (2.5%) should be given as zakat. The Sharia guidelines must be observed in this business, so computers should not be rented to anyone who accesses prohibited websites.
