Is Zakat obligatory on the owner of a website, and how is it to be paid?

Online platforms that invest in advertisements and publish articles, and from which money is earned, are subject to zakat on the earnings if the amount reaches the nisab and a full year has passed, similar to professional tools. As for one who buys a website for trade, its ruling is that of trade goods, and zakat is obligatory on it if it reaches the nisab, and its value is assessed at its market price when the year passes.
