Is it permissible to offer a sacrifice (udhiyah) by paying $200 for a sheep that costs $230, on the condition that the remaining $30 be deducted from the meat of the sacrifice after slaughter, and is this sacrifice valid according to the Hanafis?

If the intention of the agreement with the seller of the sheep is that he would receive meat from it equivalent to 30 dollars, this means that the sheep is not exclusively for the sacrificer (mūdahi), and a sacrifice (udhiyah) of a sheep is valid for only one person, by scholarly consensus. If the intention is that the amount is a debt to be repaid from the sheep's meat, this is not permissible, as it makes the butcher a partner in it, and the udhiyah is not valid if its purpose is the meat.
