Is the common discourse about the names of devils and the offspring of Iblis and their functions, such as "Khanzab, Al-Walhan, Zalnabur, A'war," authentic and does it have a basis in the Noble Prophetic Sunnah?

Most of the details regarding the names of jinn lack supporting evidence. "Khanzab" was mentioned as the demon of prayer, and "al-Walhan" as the demon of ablution, but the chain of narration for al-Walhan is weak.

It is mentioned that Iblis has many offspring, five of whom are principal: Shabbar (calamities), al-A'war (fornication), Masoot (lies), Dasim (domestic problems), and Zalnabour (markets).

There is no benefit in knowing these names. The most important thing is to protect oneself from the devils by seeking refuge (with Allah), adhering to the Sharia, and inviting people to hold fast to the religion.
