The divorce mentioned does not fall upon the wife, because it is merely a whisper (waswas), and divorce does not occur with doubt, as the default is the continuation of the marriage. Moreover, the divorce of one afflicted by waswas due to the waswas does not occur. One must turn away from these whispers and not pay attention to them, and beware of being carried away by them.
