What is the authenticity of the hadith: "He who is in this world is a guest, and what is in his hand is a loan, and the guest shall depart, and the loan shall be repaid," and what is its chain of narration?

The exact wording of the Hadith mentioned was not found. However, Al-Tabarani and Ibn Abi Shaybah narrated a statement attributed to Ibn Mas'ud (athar mawquf) which says: "There is none among you except that he is a guest and a loan. The guest will depart, and the loan will be returned to its owners." This narration has a discontinuity (inqita') between Al-Dahhak and Ibn Mas'ud, and Al-Dahhak himself is considered weak.
