Is organizing the house and preparing food for one’s mother considered filial piety for which one is rewarded, or is there no reward in it? And does the Hadith "that the slave woman will give birth to her mistress" mean that females will be disobedient in the End of Times, or does it include the disobedience of children in general?

The mother's understanding that females are more disobedient and males are more dutiful, based on the hadith (definition): "That the slave-woman will give birth to her mistress," is an incorrect understanding, and no scholar has ever held it. Scholars have differed on the meaning of this hadith, and most of them agree that it refers to Muslims conquering the lands of the disbelievers and the increase in taking slave-women as concubines. Those who said that it refers to an increase in disobedience did not restrict it to females, as other narrations state: "That the slave-woman will give birth to her master," and the word "mistress" (ربتها) does not exclusively refer to females but includes both male and female. Serving the mother and taking care of her affairs is at the core of the commanded dutifulness, and it is a right of the mother upon all her children. And know that dutifulness to the mother is among the best acts of obedience, the quickest in reward, and the most blessed in sustenance and lifespan.
