Is my prayer valid, and must I repeat it if I felt a release of wind in the second or third rak'ah and continued to suppress it until the end of the prayer?

The act of resisting the urge to pass wind during prayer does not invalidate it, provided that nothing is actually expelled. Therefore, prayer while resisting the urge to pass wind is considered valid by the majority of scholars.
