Is it permissible to wear a "tanda" niqab where its ties are visible and it shapes the head, making it eye-catching?

A woman must cover her body from non-mahram men, including her face and hands, as Allah Almighty says: (They should draw over themselves some of their outer garments). The conditions for a woman's clothing are that it must cover the entire body, be thick and not transparent, loose and not tight, not adorned in a way that attracts attention, not perfumed, not a garment of fame, not resembling men's clothing or that of disbelievers, and not containing crosses or images of living beings. If a woman wears a wide jilbab and covers her face with a niqab, this appears permissible. It is more complete for her to wear an abaya that covers her head or to drape something over her niqab tie to remove anything that draws attention. The concern with a shoulder abaya is if it is tight or adorned; if it is wide, there is no harm.
