Honorable scholars: Is it permissible in Islamic law for me to marry my father's wife's daughter?

There is no religious impediment to marrying the daughter of one's stepmother, provided she is not a forbidden (mahram) relative, such as through shared suckling. The mere fact that her mother is the wife of one's father does not make her forbidden.
