Is it permissible to marry the daughter of the stepfather's wife whom the stepfather raised?

The daughter of the stepmother is called "the stepdaughter of the father," and she is unlawful for the father only if he has consummated the marriage with her mother. As for you, the stepdaughter is not among those unlawful for the son of her mother's husband, and you are permitted to marry her. The Permanent Committee has affirmed this, based on Allah's saying: "And lawful for you are all beyond those" (Surat An-Nisa/24).
