What is the ruling on using loudspeakers before the two Eid prayers to call the worshippers and clarify that it is an obligatory prayer with six takbeers?

It is from the guidance of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that no call should be made for the Eid prayers before them, whether to inform people of the time or to explain the ruling of the prayer. This should not be done, neither with a microphone nor otherwise, because their time is well-known. Those in authority should clarify the ruling of the Eid prayer, its manner, and related matters before the day of Eid.
