Is it permissible to omit the "waw" between the words "anfusakum" and "tukhrijūn" in the noble verse "Then you are those who kill yourselves and expel a party of your own people from their homes, conspiring against them in sin and aggression" when pausing at "anfusakum" and then resuming recitation?

It is not permissible to omit the waw before the verb "takhrujūn" (تخرجون) neither when connecting nor when starting (a recitation). It is also not permissible to intentionally omit a letter from the Book of Allah the Almighty, or to add to it, or to subtract from it. Whoever does so intentionally commits a great sin that may amount to disbelief.
