What is the Shar'i ruling on the questioner seeking assistance from her employed sister to fulfill personal needs (such as printing and photocopying) using work tools without the administration's permission, and does this entail sin for her?

The worker is entrusted with the tools and supplies under their charge, and it is not permissible for them to dispose of these except for the purpose for which they were designated. Otherwise, it would be considered a betrayal of trust, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "There are four characteristics, whoever possesses them fully is a pure hypocrite," and among them is: "If entrusted, he betrays." Therefore, what your sister is doing is not permissible for her, nor is it permissible for you to ask her to do it or to help her with it, because it is consuming people's wealth unlawfully and assisting in sin and transgression.
