Is the appropriate age to accustom a girl to the correct hijab seven Hijri years, based on hadiths such as: ((When your children reach seven years, separate them in their beds)) and ((Command your children to pray when they are seven years old)), or should it be before or after this age?

Accustoming girls to the hijab before puberty varies according to the girl's situation, as some may be a source of temptation for men while others are not, depending on their size and body build. Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen holds that a young girl under seven years of age has no ruling regarding her awrah (nakedness), but she should not be accustomed to wearing short clothes. However, once she becomes an object of attraction, she must observe hijab. Therefore, a girl should be accustomed to wearing the hijab after seven years of age. This request becomes more emphatic as she approaches puberty (nine or ten years), and it becomes very emphatic, even possibly obligatory, if her physique resembles that of adult women such that men of sound nature might desire her.
