How can one hate adultery and its مقدمات (preludes/leading factors)?

Whoever commits this sin must offer sincere repentance, for Allah has forbidden the causes of indecency and commanded lowering the gaze and guarding one's chastity, and it is a grave sin. The punishment for those who commit adultery is more severe and painful if they do not repent, as stated in the Holy Qur'an. And it is from Allah's mercy that He permitted marriage as an alternative to adultery, and whoever is unable to marry should fast.
