How can the principle of avoiding giving fictional characters powers that are considered attributes of divinity, such as flying without wings, be applied, and is this considered an attribute of divinity or is it mere affectation?

The ability to fly without wings is not an attribute of Rububiyyah (Lordship). Rather, Allah can create beings that are able to fly, or He can enable humans to prepare places where the effect of gravity is lessened. Moreover, there are inanimate objects that fly without wings, such as balloons. Thus, one who flies in the air does not resemble the Creator, unlike one who brings the dead to life or knows the unseen.
