What is the ruling on him breaking his fast in Ramadan if he is forced to do so? And do the Friday and congregational prayers fall away from him under these circumstances?

If a Muslim fears persecution and harm due to their Islam, they are excused in what they are unable to do of obligations or unable to avoid of prohibitions. Regarding the specific issues:

1. Bringing, carrying, and buying alcohol: This is forbidden. However, if a Muslim finds no alternative and cannot avoid it, there is no sin upon them. 2. Opening a refrigerator containing alcohol: This is not considered carrying alcohol. Carrying refers to transporting alcohol to a person or place, which is forbidden because it aids in its consumption. 3. Prayer: It is a great pillar that is never waived and should be performed to the best of one's ability. It is permissible to combine prayers when there is hardship. Prayer is not allowed in a bathroom except in cases of extreme necessity; if forced to do so, one should not abandon prayer. 4. If a Muslim fears their fasting will be exposed, it is permissible for them to break their fast and then make up for it later. 5. Friday Prayer: It is obligatory. A Muslim can use an excuse to leave and pray without attending the sermon. If this is not possible, they are excused and should pray it as Dhuhr, four rak'ahs. 6.
