How authentic is the Hadith: "O Ali, there will be people in my Ummah who claim to love the Household (Ahl al-Bayt) but they have a derogatory name, they are called the Rawafid (Rejecters); fight them, for they are polytheists (mushrikun)"?

This hadith was narrated by Al-Tabarani, and Al-Haythami said in Al-Majma' that its chain of narration is hasan (good). However, in its chain is Al-Hajjaj ibn Tamim, who was declared weak by Al-Uqayli, and Ibn Al-Jawzi and Al-Albani followed him in this assessment. The hadith has weak narrations that Ibn Al-Jawzi declared weak in Al-Ilal al-Mutanahiyah, just as he also declared this hadith weak.
