Is love between male and female students in high school permissible or forbidden? And why? And how?

Youth in general, and students in particular, should lower their gaze and avoid mixed gatherings and causes of temptation. Administrative bodies should prohibit mixed education to safeguard honor and prevent temptation, for Allah says: "Tell the believing men to reduce [some] of their vision and guard their private parts. That is purer for them. Indeed, Allah is Acquainted with what they do. And tell the believing women to reduce [some] of their vision and guard their private parts." And because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "I have not left behind me any temptation more harmful to men than women." And his saying: "The son of Adam has his share of zina decreed for him, and he will inevitably attain it. The zina of the eyes is looking, the zina of the ears is listening, the zina of the tongue is speaking, the zina of the hand is touching, the zina of the foot is walking, and the heart desires and wishes, and the private parts confirm or deny that."
