Is saying that the speech of Allah is composed of letters and words considered a compartmentalization of the attribute of speech, or does compartmentalization only apply to humans?

The doctrine of Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jama'ah is that the Quran is the Word of Allah, the Exalted, revealed and uncreated. Allah spoke it in reality, both its letters and its meanings. The attribute of speech for Allah is eternal; He speaks whenever He wills. It is not permissible to say that it is a narration of Allah's speech or an expression of it. Ahl al-Sunnah purify Allah from resemblance to created beings and refrain from delving into the modality of attributes. The statement that the Quran is not multiple and not divisible is an innovated saying, corrupt both rationally and legally.
