If a hypocrite of doctrinal hypocrisy manifests the rituals of Islam, is he addressed with "O you who have believed"?

The hypocrite, with a hypocritical belief, is addressed by religious duties and rulings outwardly. He must repent to Allah from his hypocrisy and enter Islam. The original addressees of "O you who have believed" are those who are believers inwardly and outwardly, thus hypocrites are not included. Allah's address to the believers means that the implication of their faith is to respond to the religious duty, and hypocrites do not possess a faith that compels them to comply.
