Is it forbidden for a woman to expose part of her arm, with sleeves tight from the hand to the elbow, while presenting videos on YouTube?

A woman's forearm up to her elbow is considered part of the 'awrah (parts that must be covered) that should be concealed from a non-mahram (definition) man. Furthermore, one of the conditions for a covering hijab (definition) is that it must be loose-fitting, not describing the size of a woman's bones, based on the hadith (definition) of Usamah ibn Zayd, which prohibits clothing that describes the size of the bones. Therefore, it is not permissible for a woman to expose her arm or hand with tight clothing that describes their size during photography.
