The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, did not prescribe a specific cure for hair loss. Zamzam water is blessed and a healing, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, drank from it, and others used it for treatment. Apple cider vinegar can also be used to treat hair loss if its benefit is medically proven.
