Is it permissible for a woman to have hair loss treated by a man using scarification, like cupping, with garlic?

There is no objection to going to this center for hair loss treatment if its ability to treat is proven. It is permissible for a woman to uncover her hair to a non-mahram doctor if a mahram doctor or a female doctor is not available, while observing the Shariah guidelines.
