It is not permissible for a Muslim to change his name to foreign names when working with them, as this constitutes imitation of disbelievers, which is forbidden by Islamic law, based on the saying of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: "Whoever imitates a people is one of them." However, if they do not require changing the name, then there is no objection to working with them, unless there is an external impediment.
