Is it permissible to work in French or Spanish call centers in Morocco, knowing that the employee takes a European name instead of their Arabic name?

The basic ruling is that it is permissible to work with non-Muslims as long as it does not involve anything forbidden, or assisting in something forbidden, or humiliating the Muslim. It is not permissible for a Muslim to change his name to foreign names when working with them, as this constitutes imitation of disbelievers, which is forbidden by Islamic law, based on the saying of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: "Whoever imitates a people is one of them." However, if they do not require changing the name, then there is no objection to working with them, unless there is an external impediment.
