Does moving the right hand to adjust clothing while sitting between the two prostrations, with the rest of the limbs remaining still, contradict tranquility (tuma'ninah) in prayer?

Sitting between the two prostrations is a pillar (rukn) of prayer, and placing the hands during it is commendable (mustahabb). The most complete way of sitting is through iftirash (sitting on the left foot) with the hands placed close to the knees. It is recommended to spread the fingers and say: "O Lord, forgive me, have mercy on me, and mend my affairs." Any manner of sitting between the two prostrations suffices, but the Sunnah is to sit in iftirash on the left foot, keeping the right foot upright and pointing it towards the Qibla.
