Is it permissible to work in the field of electricity and receive payment without obtaining a professional license, knowing that obtaining the license requires insurance that is Islamically forbidden?

It is permissible to work without obtaining a license and to receive payment for it, because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever stipulates a condition that is not in the Book of Allah, it is invalid, even if he stipulates a hundred conditions. The condition of Allah is more deserving and more firm." And insurance is forbidden. If working without a license results in harm, then it is permissible to obtain the license, even with the forbidden insurance, because you are coerced into it and compelled to do so.
