What is the ruling on a woman giving a wicked young man a person's address so that he may assault him, and is it permissible to supplicate against her by saying: "O Allah, do not forgive this woman, and hold her to a severe account"?

It is permissible to supplicate against the oppressor to the extent of their injustice, without exceeding it. However, patience and forgiveness are better, for Allah Almighty says: {But if one is patient and forgives, indeed that is from the matters [requiring] determination.} It is a condition for supplicating against an oppressor that one does not supplicate against them concerning their involvement in a sin, but rather supplicates against them with worldly distresses, and that one supplicates against them with a matter similar to their own case or less severe; so as not to become an oppressor by exceeding the limit. Supplicating against an oppressor that Allah may not forgive them, and that He may hold them to a severe account, is feared to be an transgression in supplication, and therefore should be avoided.
