What is the ruling of Islamic law regarding a girl from whom a car seat became wet without the driver's knowledge, and she does not know a way to reach him?

If a woman is certain that what has exited her has soiled the seat with impurity, she must inform the driver to purify the place, because of the Prophet's (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: "Religion is an-Naseehah (sincere advice)." If she does not do so and cannot rectify it, then she must repent and seek forgiveness.
