What is the method of repentance for sexually harassing two minor students, and is it obligatory to inform them of the impermissibility of what happened?

Sexual harassment of children is a form of sodomy, which is among the gravest major sins and the most abhorrent immoralities. The perpetrator of such acts has a perverted nature.

It is obligatory upon you to repent to Allah for what you have done, to firmly resolve never to return to it, and to regret your neglect of Allah's command.

Avoid whatever arouses you and pushes you towards forbidden acts. Do not look at young boys (murdān) and do not be alone with them. Leave your job at that center to protect your faith and the youth of Muslims.

Hasten to marry if you are able; otherwise, fast frequently.

Ask Allah for chastity often. Among the supplications for this is to say: "O Allah, I ask You for guidance, piety, chastity, and self-sufficiency."

Do not confront the two boys with what you did to them, and do not inform their parents. Entrust them to another trustworthy and religious teacher.
