Is it permissible for an employee to receive bonuses disbursed to him as compensation for transportation, even though he does not commute, knowing that previous transportation compensations were disbursed for the same reason and were deemed permissible?

It is permissible to take the money if the person entitled to it by contract or condition is explicitly or customarily designated. So, if the transfer of the employee is stipulated as a condition for entitlement, then he is not entitled to it if he does not transfer. This condition must be acted upon, based on the Hadith: "Muslims are bound by their conditions." This also applies to the bonus. Absolute reliance on officials is not advisable; rather, entitlement to the bonus must be confirmed.
