Why did Allah Almighty specify only birds in His mention in the verse: "And meat of fowl, of that which they desire" in Surat Al-Waqi'ah?

Allah Almighty's saying: "And the flesh of fowl, from that which they desire," came in the context of mentioning some of the blessings of the people of Paradise. However, the blessings of Paradise are not limited to this, for in it is what no eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no human heart has conceived, as Allah Almighty says: "And therein is whatever the souls desire and [wherein] eyes find delight, and you will abide therein eternally." Perhaps the flesh of fowl was singled out for mention due to its goodness, deliciousness, and lightness.
